It may be a product of over watering. I can produce closeups if necessary. Please help me save my baby!

This plant disease was found in these places:
It's growing outside in a slightly colder climate that it is used to. The plant is native to India.

How to treat this disease:
I don't know!!

I've been doing that but there still seems to be a slight yellowish discoloration to the largest leaves. What could this be caused by? I've been putting old herbal tea leaves in the soil to fertilize the plant, which I hoped would help but hasn't done anything drastic.

If it's powdery mildew, it's probably from over-watering. I would put it in the full sun for a day and see if that starts to clear it up.
