Great detail! It should have white, yellow, or pink spores to be in the Tricholomataceae, which it looks like it does.

Well done, that helps greatly. It looks like something in the Tricholomataceae family. (Hairy edge family). Maybe a type of Melanoleuca (Black and Whites). I'll check some books.
