Location: I live in Sheridan, Wy and got this bonsai tree at Home Depot about 3 weeks ago. Three days ago I noticed cute little mushrooms growing.

They have tripled in size since I first noticed them three days ago. The two bigger mushrooms are growing on the bonsai's roots, but there are little ones sprouting other places too.























One is dieing now. Looks like a hallow stem. Caps are darker.

Ted, the bonsai is in the middle of my room in a dim place, although on either side are windows. I think the bonsai guy purposely put them there. I put some crystals with him and that helps with energy. It's a mystery to me! haha

That's awesome! very artistic images as well.
What kind of tree is it? Juniper? Fir? Cedar? That will give you a big clue as to the identity of these mushrooms.

Those are hard to identify. When the caps open, it'll show what kind of gills they have.
