About 4-5 in. tall; Salmon/pink in color. Stem is fibrous and lighter salmon/pink. Crown is about 1 in. in width and darker maybe closer to "rusty salmon."

If it smells like rotting meat, then it might be Elegant Stinkhorn (Mutinus elegans), which is edible.
