Physical Description
small dark to lighter green leaves, grown in a cresent pattern. Invasive plant from Europe. Produces attractive white flowers in spring and producing narrow seed pods 4 to 8 weeks afterwards. Easily pollinated by insect, human, or animal. Also self pollinates.

Medicinal uses are known by chopping up roots or using oil to rub on the chest to relieve bronchial afflictions. The juice has been known to have an inhibitory effect on Bacillus fyocyancum also known as hot tub rash.Also has same effect on gram negative bacteria. Seeds have been used as a snuff to promote sneezing.
