General Information

the leaves have 3 main parts, each resemble the shape of an oak leaf, they alternate up the stem, the flowers look similiar to a small hibiscus or mallow but the leaves don't match any images I've found, before it flowers it is a large tear drop shaped pod that has about 4 dark hairy lines per petal section of the pod, after the flower is done this pod is open with small black seeds
