Southern Wisconsin--grows in shade

Physical Description
Plant grows from a system of intertwined rhizomes or bulbs, and is about 12-14" tall. The stalks, or stems, have leaves on top with various numbers of leaves. Plant is perennial, dying all the way back to the ground over winter. I have not seen any flowers.
