Location

Bay area, California.

Physical Description
Tall, height around 8 or 9 feet. Leaves toothed and thin with mainrib. Leaves alternately arranged. Fruit looks like an apple, but because it is a plant in the middle of the street, I wanted to make sure.

Definitely some kind of apple tree. Because it is planted in a median, it may be an "ornamental" apple tree (aka, the apples might not be very sweet or tasty)
