The Tree Aeonium (Aeonium arboreum, Aeonium schwarzkopf or Aeonium korneliuslemsii) is a succulent, subtropical plant of the genus Aeonium and family Crassulaceae. There are also a brown variety (var. atropurpureum) and a white one (var. albovariegatum)

I think you are right! Some pictures of them seem to have smooth edges, however I have found a few that are serrate as well. So it is probably a Aeonium arboreum.

Looks like a member of the Crassulaceae family. Maybe a Aeonium.
