Weed Alert website states to follow the below information to control Black Medic:

Cultural Practices:

Good turf management practices, including a balanced nitrogen phosphorus fertilization program, will encourage a dense stand of turf and make it difficult for black medic to persist. A nitrogen phosphorus ratio of 2:1 is recommended where black medic has become established. Soil testing can confirm low phosphorus levels.

Herbicide Use:

If cultural recommendations are insufficient for a previously infested area, apply a selective herbicide to actively growing black medic during the seedling to flower growth stage.

I have this yellow cloverweed that is taking over my lawn and I can't get rid of it. It looks like the picture on this page - which might be also called Black Medic, Black Meddick. Could you tell me how to get rid of this clover.

Like most of the bean family, they do a great job of getting their roots in. I'm not sure of any other way than digging them up.

I just found this weed in my grass. It has started to take over my grass. I tried pulling them out but it is very difficult and time consuming.I was wondering if anyone would know how to kill this weed without having to pull everyone out with your hands.
