General Information

Veronica Flower - Ivy Speedwell
There are many types of this Little Blue Flower. It has four petals, and two stamen. It's called Veronica after St. Veronica who wiped Christ's face with a napkin, and afterward the image of christ's face was left impressed into it. Like the napkin, the flower is supposed to bear the image of Christ's face as well. I haven't quite seen it, myself, unless Christ has eyes like a snail.
It is edible, it tastes very mild.
